From pretty much the start of our relationship, over 10 years ago, April has always told me she wanted to open a Candy Store. It's never really been possible until she figured out a way to start small and grow from there. She's even always known what she wanted to call it from the start, Wired Treats. So here we are, starting this new endeavor that we hope will bring lots of smiles to faces around town and beyond!
I'm excited to announce that, her dream, Wired Treats has become a reality! We've been working hard for the past couple months to prepare the first products that we'll be releasing shortly. We plan to add many more as we go so keep an eye out for the new things she comes up with.
Wired Treats will offer a variety of candies that you already know and love except they'll be Freeze Dried! Think Skittles but crunchy instead of Chewy while enhancing the flavors you're already familiar with, Gummy Worms but the consistency of a Cheeto, an Ice Cream Sandwich but crunchy and no need for a freezer all with a 25 year shelf life... It's a bit odd sounding, I know, but think you'll love it. We'll soon offer Freeze Dried local fresh fruits and veggies too! I maybe even heard her mention survivalist type meals.
As always, with any new business, we'll need your help to make this grow into the Candy Store she's always dreamed of. Help us get the word out that we're here to stay! Please give our new page a like and tell your friends to do the same.
Our first appearance will be September 11th at the Hodges Town Festival. Look for the lady with the purple hair! We look forward to seeing you there!
